Job Title: Medical Research Associate
Job Description:
Research and review professional journals and literature in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and acupuncture; prepare reports, summaries and analyses on the research result; analyze, translate and interpreter research papers regarding new techniques or methodologies involving TCM and acupuncture to the physicians and medical support staff; compile and analyze patient histories, charts & data for review & discussion by physicians; obtain medical info from patients to assist the physicians in diagnosis and developing treatment plans. May be responsible for identifying and investigating new techniques and methodologies involving acupuncture and TCM. May also be asked to participate in scientific conferences and help with contribution to scientific journals in the area of TCM and acupuncture.Qualifications:
Master's level degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or related health/science field. Must have knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, ability to understand, evaluate, and compile research data, and ability to communicate effectively, both oral and in technical writing. 12 months research experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine is required.Employer:
